Start your DFW search

Tell us about the life
you want to come home to.

Your story gives the search its direction. Tell us what is bringing you to this move, how you spend your days, and the places and experiences you want within reach.

Then share the practical details that help us shape your DFW apartment search. There is room here for more than a checklist. Share what feels comfortable; the lifestyle questions are optional. We will review your story and search details, then begin the conversation by email.

03Helping us match you

These questions are not a screening. Each community sets its own leasing guidelines. We want to make your journey to a new home as easy as possible, so your answers help us spot anything that could come up early, guide you on how to present it, and point you toward places that fit. Share what you are comfortable with. “Prefer to discuss” is always an option.

A lower score does not rule anything out. Some communities may simply ask for a different deposit.
This never ends the conversation. Second-chance communities exist, and knowing early helps us steer you toward places that fit.
Service and assistance animals are not pets. They are generally not subject to pet fees, deposits, or breed limits, and you never need to share details about a disability.
Many communities have breed and weight guidelines for pets.
